Neste episódio de MFCê, conversamos com a médica de família e comunidade Dra. Janine Castro sobre a investigação inicial das anemias na Atenção Primária. A partir de um caso clínico prático, discutimos como interpretar índices como VCM, RDW e ferritina, o que perguntar na anamnese para identificar perdas sanguíneas e quais exames solicitar antes de definir a conduta no SUS.
